Update 1.3

And here we go again, I added some death sounds. And also 1 new obstacle! So there are 2 obstacles, and 2 max points.

And there are also some fancy windows startup sounds.

So, that's all that i have done (school did messed up my free time, so i'm doing updates only when i can)
